I did some research on www.studentdoctor.net to see how long other applicants were waiting for their applications to be verified. It appears that it is taking four weeks to have these verified and distributed to my requested schools.
What are they trying to verify? They were sent a hard copy of my college transcript and have already verified that. My MCAT score was submitted electroncially by AMCAS and has already been verified. The rest of my application was submitted electronically with nothing to really verify. What, they want to verify that my personal statement is still personal? HURRY UP!

That is true for the application process; however, you will want more time once you start medical school. I find myself studying and wishing if I only had one more day. Take care and I am glad that you are doing well.
